Our Story.
Bb Soft Skin was founded by esthetician Alicia Pullen after more than a decade of working closely with clients and developing a deep understanding of skin and its ever-changing needs.
Growing up in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, Alicia developed an early appreciation for the healing power of plants and the cycles of repair and regeneration that occur in nature. That curiosity eventually led her to esthetics, where years of hands-on experience deepened her understanding of both skin health and the relationship between healthy skin and overall wellbeing.
Throughout her career, Alicia noticed a recurring gap in the market. Many clean beauty products prioritized natural ingredients but fell short on performance, while highly active formulas often delivered results at the expense of the skin barrier, leaving skin unbalanced and prone to new concerns. Clients were left choosing between efficacy and care.
